The article analyzes the role of local political schools in the process of policy development, taking Binh Duong as a case of research. The Political School is identified as a specific educational institution that is responsible for training cadres and civil servants in the field of politics, state management and social organizations. With the rapid economic development and increasing requirements for the quality of human resources, the Political School in Binh Duong has made an important contribution to improving the capacity of managers through providing theoretical and practical knowledge.
